　　Uses

　　Coating Solvent: Mainly used as a high-boiling solvent for paints, capable of dissolving resins such as amino, nitrocellulose, alkyd, and acrylic resins. In the coating industry, specifically in latex water-based dispersion coatings, it can function as a dispersant, emulsifier, rheology modifier, and co-solvent due to its HLB value being close to 9.0.

　　Fiber Wetting Agent: Keeps fibers in a moist state, facilitating the fiber processing process and improving product quality.

　　Plasticizer: As a plasticizer for polymers, it improves the flexibility, elasticity, and processability of the polymer.

　　Organic Synthesis Intermediate: Can participate in various organic synthesis reactions, such as etherification, ether cleavage, and alcohol-ether exchange reactions, for the synthesis of other organic compounds.
